The Packs · Maintenance

See where maintenance is becoming an operational problem.

Maintenance gets measured as its own department, on its own reports, in its own meeting. The cost of it, though, lands on the floor as downtime. The Maintenance Pack connects the work orders and the repairs to the production they affect, so a rising repair on one asset shows up as the operational problem it’s becoming, not a line item you find at month-end.

What it is

One of five Packs. Maintenance takes the activity your ERP already records, work orders, repairs, cost, and puts it next to the downtime it causes on the floor. The point is not a neater maintenance report. It is seeing which asset is quietly costing you production before it earns its own emergency.

You buy the Pack, not the raw tables. The maintenance view comes defined against how your own system records the work, so the numbers match what your team already trusts.

What comes with it

The Pack brings the maintenance numbers that actually predict trouble, tied to the production they affect.

  • Mean time to repair How long a stoppage really costs you, asset by asset.
  • Repair frequency How often each asset is going back under the wrench, and whether that’s creeping up.
  • Maintenance cost What you’re spending to keep it running, against what it’s running.
  • Asset trends The machine whose repairs are climbing before it fails outright.

Pinned to your own records, not a benchmark. The numbers mean what your ERP already meant by them.

Why it matters

A machine rarely fails without warning. It tells you first, in slower repairs and more frequent ones, and the warning sits in the maintenance system while the cost shows up in the production one. Nobody connects them until the asset goes down hard, in the middle of a run, on the day you could least afford it.

The Pack keeps those two systems on the same screen, so the trend is visible while it’s still a trend and not yet an outage.

How it works
  1. Map it once. We walk your maintenance and downtime tables field by field and confirm what each one means for your assets. A one-time setup, after which the Pack knows your system.
  2. It refreshes on its own. No manual exports out of the maintenance module. The view stays current on a schedule you control.
  3. Maintenance and the floor read the same asset. One model, rendered for whoever needs it. The repair and the downtime it caused are the same story, not two reports.
  4. The data quality shows too. What’s missing or inconsistent sits right next to the view. You trust the output because you can see the input.
What it costs
$779 / month

Includes access for your team members. Add a team member for $69 / month and they get every Pack you’ve purchased, no separate license per Pack. Buy three or more Packs and take 10% off all of them. The 2026 cohort price is locked through 2027.

Where it leads

The Pack is the entry point. The Operations Intelligence Model is what connects it all. Maintenance reads best alongside Production, where the downtime it explains shows up as lost throughput. Add Quality, Inventory, and On-Time Delivery as your picture grows. Eventually everyone is looking at the same thing. That shared picture is the OIM.

The thinking behind it
No. 014 INFLUENCES

Goldratt on the Floor.

A machine down at the constraint costs the whole plant. Everywhere else it may cost nothing. The worldview the Maintenance Pack is built to serve: where the stoppage actually hurts, and which one to fix first.
